Professional Experience

Eli Gold is a Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson at WRG, specializing in both tenant and landlord representation throughout Manhattan. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder's Real Estate program, where he participated in various Real Estate Case Competitions, held leadership roles, and completed summer internships.

Following a summer at Artemis Real Estate Partner in Chevy Chase, MD, Eli gained insight into Real Estate transactions from the buy side and identified his strengths. Subsequently, he began his career in Brokerage & Advisory at Savills NYC before finding a permanent position at WRG.

At WRG, Eli plays a crucial role in representing tenants across New York City, including Hani’s Bakery, Birch Coffee, and Healthy Holic, among others. Additionally, on the landlord side, Eli has several listings across Manhattan, and most notably exclusively represents Related Companies, CIM Group, & MWest Holdings.
