Maggie Todd joined Winick Realty Group in 2017 as part of the company’s Agent Training Program, where she focuses on both tenant and landlord representation throughout New York City.
Ms. Todd learned about the real estate business from an early age, shadowing her grandfather who works in commercial lending; however, her first interest was in law. Ms. Todd completed internships at McGrath & Kane and Todd & Weld, two law firms with a focus on criminal and family law, giving her an intimate understanding of legal documents and a skilled approach to research and client communications. Thanks to her education at Georgetown University, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Sociology, Ms. Todd is not only able to guide clients through the process of signing a lease, but she is also well-equipped to understand the needs of all parties involved.
A native of Boston, Ms. Todd is an avid tennis player, having played on the Varsity Women’s Tennis Team at Georgetown and earning the Coaches Award for leadership. Playing sports helped to shape Ms. Todd, teaching her to be part of a team and giving her discipline, as well as leadership and organizational skills. Ms. Todd organized multiple tournaments for underprivileged kids as part of the Tenacity program, and has participated in the Sursum Corda program, tutoring children who lived in the Washington DC public housing development of the same name.
