Jordan Bloom joined Winick Realty Group in 2017 as part of the company’s Agent Training Program, focusing on tenant and landlord representation throughout New York City.
Born and raised on the Upper East Side, Mr. Bloom grew up surrounded by family friends in the real estate business, allowing him to begin absorbing knowledge of the real estate industry, as well as New York City, from an early age. Mr. Bloom graduated from George Washington University with a degree in Psychology, helping him to build relationships and gain a greater understanding of not only the needs of his clients but of all parties involved in a transaction.
Prior to joining Winick Realty Group, Mr. Bloom completed an internship at Algin Management, where he focused on residential leasing, and at law firm Eiseman Levine Lehrhaupt & Kakoyiannis, where he learned to not only read but also dissect and understand leases, contracts and other important documents. Mr. Bloom has also been active in The William Gaines Gwathmey Foundation since its inception. A nonprofit organization formed in honor of a George Washington University classmate who passed away, the foundation visits Washington DC-area schools and helps underprivileged children in lower-income areas learn valuable life lessons through basketball.
