Professional Experience

Evans Cyprus joined Winick Realty in 2022 following a successful career in hospitality and real estate management.

Evans brings a wealth of firsthand knowledge to the Winick team with 6 years of experience in the F&B industry. Upon graduating from college, Evans began working for his family businesses, Burger Heaven and Double E Management Inc. He played an integral role in starting two new brands under the umbrella of the restaurant, CoolMess and BH Kitchen and Bar. In 2020, when all locations were sold/closed, he shifted his focus solely on the Real Estate Management company, Double E Management, where he spearheaded the operations, leasing, sales, and investment side of the business.

Coming from a family of prominent restaurateurs, Evans developed an interest in real estate from an early age. He is eager to seamlessly transition his experience into his role at Winick and hopes to focus on both tenant and landlord representation, specifically in F&B.

Evans is a graduate of Fairfield University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
