Matthew Schuss joined Winick Realty Group in 2012 as part of the company’s agent training program and quickly moved into the role of associate, taking with him a vast knowledge of retailers, landlords and neighborhoods throughout New York City. Now an Associate Broker, Mr. Schuss works on behalf of both landlords and tenants with a focus on Manhattan properties.
Mr. Schuss has completed many successful lease transactions, including Irving Farm Coffee Roasters at 1424 3rd Avenue; Bright Horizons Nursery at 90 Washington Street in the Financial District; Lady M Confections in Rockefeller Center; Chelsea bagel of Tudor City at 800 2nd Avenue; Cohen Fashion Optical and H & R Block at 395 Flatbush Extension; United Health Care at 30 Flatbush Avenue; Checkers at 300 Lenox Avenue; Hanger at 678 Broadway in NOHO, and Life Self Storage in the sale at 40 Convent Avenue.
Before joining Winick Realty Group, Mr. Schuss served as an intern for hedge fund J. Goldman & Co. and developer Marcus Organization. Mr. Schuss graduated from the University of Wisconsin, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
