Matthew Josephs joined Winick Realty Group in 2018 as part of the company’s agent training program. Mr. Josephs, who focuses on both landlord and tenant representation throughout all of New York City, comes from a long line of real estate professionals. His grandfather founded the Josephs Group, a property management firm currently run by his father and uncle, which currently owns supermarket- and pharmacy-anchored shopping centers in the Tri-State Area, as well as Florida.
Prior to his tenure at Winick Realty Group, Mr. Josephs interned at CORE, a residential brokerage firm, allowing him to learn about the various neighborhoods of New York City. He also gained a background in client services while working at a country club called Manhattan Woods throughout high school and college. He is currently a volunteer for the Holocaust Museum and Center for Tolerance and Education in Suffern, NY, as well as a competitive golfer, having played in Metropolitan Golf Association and Colorado Golf Association events.
Mr. Josephs is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History.
